Firstly thank you for taking the time to look through this site. By now you probably have a good idea of why I am so excited to be on this journey with pHix and getting my own body into a place of transformation, losing my visceral fat and also re-calibrating it back into balance. Although I am relatively trim on the outside, I have been surprised to learn that I carry a high percentage of visceral fat around my internals.

I have worked in the health space since 1996. Back in the day I joined, as a massage therapist, with 18 practitioners to co-found the Eumundi Natural Health and Healing Centre. Was a fabulous clinic which saw many and varied clients of all shapes, sizes, ages, health conditions all needing support in one way and another. During that time I branched out and worked with Bloomhill Cancer support centre and Qld HIV positive people. I have studied and practiced many and varied modalities.

In the last 10 years I have focused on practicing and teaching KaHuna massage therapy, as well as working overseas in Sri Lanka at an incredible Internationally acclaimed Ayurvedic and yoga retreat. Needless to say, I have had vast experience with the human form and the personalities within. It has been a privilege to work with so many trusting people.
